All returns must be requested within 7 days of merchandise receipt and shipped to us within 7 days of return authorization approval. Return postage fees are at the customer’s charge.

Any returns undertaken without prior approval from Nadya Toto, and any returns resulting from a failure to accept the delivery or failure to pick up the parcel, are ineligible for refund and will not be reimbursed. In any case of unauthorized or default return, the customer is liable for any return postage fees, as well as any fees associated with re-shipping the parcel.

How to proceed?

  • Send us an email at info@nadyatoto.com with your order number, name, returned item name, size and reason of return.
  • Please make sure that the articles to be returned are packed and protected for shipping. The item can be returned in its original packaging if not damaged, in a shipping bag or in a new box.
  • Ship your return through a postal service.
  • Make sure to ask for a tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost packages. All merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, unlaundered and unaltered. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise Nadya Toto has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.
  • We will examine your article upon reception. If the return is accepted, the reimbursement will be made upon reception of the returned article. We do not reimburse your shipping fees from the return. Any return shipping fees are at the customers charge.

Taxes, duties, and other costs

  • Canada: Applicable taxes such as the GST, QST (in Quebec only) and HST (in certain Maritime provinces) will be added to your final invoice, based on the delivery address as specified by the customer.

    International orders: The customer is responsible for any tax, customs, duties, and other related costs of import, as per the import laws of the country of destination.

Product Info

In Italy, baskets such as this would mainly be used as bread holders due to the image of freshness, and ease of life it would have garnered. The CESTINO basket, a tribute to those baskets that came before, not only acts as a useful product to hold anything of significant importance but also accentuates the room it is residing in with the colour/detailing on the surface, as well as the pattern. CESTINO is a padded cotton basket with cotton ties on the four corners; it can be tied together to form a basket or can be untied and used as a trivet.

“CASA TOTO” is the newest addition to the NADYA TOTO brand name, and acts as the brand’s first dip within the field of homeware! This collection fuses Italian culture, from family traditions in Abruzzi to the art of Sardinia, the proud feminity of an independent woman, and the pre-established foundation of the brand image to bring refinement to the collection. By utilizing the three main colors of green (Verde), white, and blue (navy and turquoise), the collection can replicate the fresh feeling of the Adriatic waters and the overall theme of La dolce vita. The principal use of cotton and linen is not only symbolic by nature but also excels in providing breathable comfort whilst staying sustainable. Due to Italy’s pavement and walkways usually being of ceramic nature, it would have the effect of amplifying the humidity and the heat, thus cotton was used to absorb this humidity and make your homeware a tidbit more breathable. Linen is used to give a rougher hand throughout the collection, to simulate the homemade allure of Nadya’s grandmother's weaving, but also to give it a more organic feeling. Lastly, the pattern that encapsulates most of the collection is a direct tribute to the island of Sardinia and its grain weaving technique called “Pibiones”. Furthermore, this rendition of this pattern gives the collection a surface detail interest, as well as a geometric and floral mix to make it equal parts interesting and pleasing to the eye.

Our cotton fibers have been sourced from Italy, all the way down to the yarn to provide a quality end product. All of our products from the HOME collection consist of 100% cotton, to reinforce the heat absorption and breathability properties that cotton has.

Caring for your woven
Machine wash in cold water. Dry flat, cannot go in the tumble dry.
